REQUEST:
Staff requests that City Council conduct a first reading of an ordinance which would grant a conditional use for the outdoor storage of registered recreational vehicles at the property located at 7940 Rutillio Ct. The current zoning for this property is Light Industrial.
DISCUSSION:
Approval of a conditional use for outdoor storage of registered recreational vehicles on this property would allow the existing business at this location to operate as intended.
Minor revisions to the striping of the existing parking lot will be required to ensure proper vehicle circulation and allow for storage of the RV units that are being serviced.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the Conditional Use application for outdoor storage of registered recreational vehicles in the Light Industrial District.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact on the City however subsequent approval will allow for additional BTR revenue. | | | |
