A single-family home presently exists on the parcel. However, the current zoning of MF-14 would allow construction of a 3-unit multifamily building.
The applicant desires to remove the existing single-family home and construct four single-family attached townhomes on the property.
This will require the applicant to re-subdivide the parcel back to its original configuration of four 25' wide lots.
Development of townhomes on the property would also require the approval of the companion Special Exception request.
