REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the July 18, 2023 work session and regular meeting.
DISCUSSION:
City Council conducted the first of three budget work sessions before their regularly scheduled meeting on July 18, 2023. The minutes from those meetings are attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the minutes from the July 18, 2023 work session and regular meeting as submitted.
