REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the August 1, 2023 work session and regular meeting.
DISCUSSION:
City Council conducted the second of three budget work sessions before their regularly scheduled meeting on August 1, 2023. The minutes from those meetings are attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the minutes from the August 1, 2023 work session and regular meeting as submitted.
