REQUEST:
The City Council is asked to review and approve the following amendment to the FY23 Adopted Budget, which would allow for a transfer of $25,700 to replace flooring in the Police Department and $13,300 to purchase UPS devices in conjunction with the Vx-Rail Storage installation.
DISCUSSION:
The City’s Purchasing Policy states that an unbudgeted capital outlay expense must be approved by City Council.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that City Council approve the attached amendments to the FY23 Adopted Budget.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
The amendment allows for the acceptance of the transfer which results in a decrease of $39,000 General Funds Operating Budget and an increase to Capital Improvements. | | | |
