REQUEST:
The request is for the Board of Directors to approve the minutes from the August 15, 2023 CRA meeting.
DISCUSSION:
The Board of Directors met for a regularly scheduled meeting on August 15, 2023 to review the proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year. The minutes from that meeting are attached for the Board's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Board of Directors approve the minutes from the August 15, 2023 CRA meeting as submitted.
