The applicant is proposing an office use at 5314 Linder Place and planning to renovate and expand the existing 1,700 square foot building to a total of approximately 2,630 square feet.
The proposed use in the current building would require nine (9) parking spaces (1 space/200 sf of floor area). The increased building and proposed use would require a total of 14 parking spaces.
A total of seven (7) spaces can be designed on-site.
Therefore the applicant is requesting a variance to reduce the required number of parking spaces from 14 to seven (7) parking spaces.
