REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the August 21, 2023 special meeting.
DISCUSSION:
City Council conducted a special meeting on August 21, 2023 to discuss changes to the City's solid waste collection system. The minutes from that meeting are attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the minutes from the August 21, 2023 special meeting as submitted.
