REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the September 28, 2023 special meeting and the October 3, 2023 regular meeting.
DISCUSSION:
City Council conducted a special meeting for the final public hearing on the FY23-24 Operating Budget & CIP on September 28, 2023. City Council then conducted their regularly scheduled meeting on October 3, 2023. The minutes from those meetings are attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the minutes from the September 28, 2023 special meeting and October 3, 2023 regular meeting as submitted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
