REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the re-appointment of Anna Mae Petokas McNally to the Cultural Affairs Committee.
DISCUSSION:
Anna Mae Petokas McNally has been a member of the Cultural Affairs Committee since 2019 and currently serves as secretary for the committee. Ms. McNally's term expired on September 3, 2023 therefore she has submitted her application for re-appointment. If approved, Ms. McNally's term will be for two years and will be up for renewal on September 3, 2025. Staff has verified that Ms. McNally meets the requirements set forth in the City's Code to serve on this committee.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the re-appointment of Anna Mae Petokas McNally to the Cultural Affairs Committee as submitted and accept the attached updated roster.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
