RE:Agreement w/Granicus RE: Website Redesign

REQUEST:

The action requested by the City Council is to review and consider the approval of the attached proposal from Granicus. This is a services agreement with Granicus to redesign the City of New Port Richey website. The proposal is estimated not to exceed $89,000.00.



DISCUSSION
:

The purpose of this project is to redesign the city website by creating a more modernized look and feel. After conducting some research and conducting Google Analytics we used the feedback from this data to help with the redesign. The data we received provided statistics about what information is being accessed on the city website and how users navigate to get to the content. Using this data with the help of Granicus we plan to make design improvements and provide updated website content that represents city departments, businesses, living in New Port Richey and the City Council. This agreement has billing frequencies that are identified by milestones that include content rationalization, design, configuration, and training. The Granicus agreement is on state contract 43211500-WSCA-15-ACS for Computer Equipment Peripherals and Services. This will allow us to piggyback on the contract agreement for services.



RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of the agreement is recommended.



BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:

The funding source for the agreement was a budgeted item from Technology Solutions 23/24 Capital Software line item 102446418.
