REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the September 12, 2024 and September 18, 2024 special meetings.
DISCUSSION:
On September 12, 2024, City Council conducted a special meeting for the public hearings on the annual assessments for paving, stormwater, street lighting and code liens. City Council also conducted a special meeting on September 18, 2024 for the first public hearing on the FY24/25 Operating Budget and CIP. The minutes from those meetings are attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the minutes from the September 12, 2024 and September 18, 2024 special meetings as submitted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
