REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to conduct a first reading of an ordinance to vacate a portion of right-of-way on High Street.
DISCUSSION:
This request is part of the rezoning to a PDD for the Villa del Sol development. Staff received an application requesting the vacation and abandonment of the public street right-of-way located on High Street between Grand Boulevard and Aspen Street. The Development Review Committee has reviewed this matter and recommends approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council conduct the first reading as submitted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
