REQUEST: The CRA Board is asked to review the attached list of purchases and expenditures and authorize payment.
DISCUSSION: Section 2-161 of the City’s Code of Ordinances requires approval for purchases and payments $25,000 and over.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the CRA Board authorize the payment of the attached list of purchases and expenditures.
BUDGET / FISCAL IMPACT:
The purchases and expenditures presented have already been budgeted for. Expenditures will be included in the fiscal year-end reporting. | | | |
