REQUEST:
The request before City Council is to review the Alcoholic Beverage Special Event Application from the Holiday Rotary Club to offer Kraft Beer and Wine at the Summer Sunset Concert Series in Sims Park.
DISCUSSION:
The City of New Port Richey is hosting a Summer Sunset Concert Series in Sims Park and the Holiday Rotary Club is interested in offering Kraft Beer and Wine sales during the three concert nights on July 9th, July 23rd and August 6th, 2016. Alcohol sells will be from 7:00p.m. - 9:30p.m. on each night. A map is located in the application packet identifying the location for the alcohol sells. The Special Event Team reviewed the application at their meeting on June 29, 2016.
RECOMMENDATION:
The recommendation before City Council is to approve the sell of Kraft Beer and Wine in Sims Park by the Holiday Rotary Club at the Summer Sunset Concert Series on July 9th, July 23rd and August 6th, 2016 from 7:00p.m. - 9:30p.m. each night.
