The request before City Council is to enter into an agreement with Kimley-Horn to provide professional services for the CDBG Restroom Project at Frances Avenue Park as follows:
* Coordinate with the Architect to develop the site layout.
* Review boundary and topographic survey.
* Prepare Civil Construction Plans to include plans for demolition, utility, grading, drainage and site work.
* Preparation and submission of permit applications to Southwest Florida Management District and others.
* Construction phase services, shop drawings, as-built documents and submittal of Certification of Completion.
* Architectural sub-consultant services.
* Assistance with bidding the construction phase.
* Assistance with construction administration.
* Survey sub-consultant.
The agreement has been reviewed by the Develop Director, the Public Works Director and the Parks and Recreation Director and the document has been found to be complete and the cost in line with the services to be provided by Kimley-Horn.
