REQUEST:
The request of staff for the City Council is to review and consider for approval the proposal by Max Galaxy for the implementation of new software at Recreation and Aquatic Center in the amount of $23,985.00.
DISCUSSION:
This proposal is to replace the current software at the Recreation and Aquatic center. Over the past several months Technology Solutions has worked with Rec Center staff and reviewed several different software solutions. Max Galaxy offers the online features requested by staff and an easy-to-use interface for staff members.
RECOMMENDATION:
The action recommended by staff is for the City Council to approve the proposal from Max Galaxy in the amount of $23,985.00.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding for the project is available in account #001-0092-572-64-18 for FY 15/16. | | | |
