REQUEST:
City Council is asked to provide guidance on the proposed design for wayfinding signage.
DISCUSSION:
The City contracted with Kerestes-Martin Associates, Inc. (KMA) to develop a comprehensive wayfinding and signage system. Staff has been working with the consultant on design options. Barbara Martin and Dave Kosick from the firm will be in attendance at the Council meeting.
RECOMMENDATION:
None
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
The design fee for the project is $39,942.50 which has been funded as a capital expenditure. The construction and installation of signage has been budgeted as a $300,000 capital cost as well. | | | |
