SUMMARY:
As you may recall, City Council engaged the services of the Sports Facilities Advisory, LLC (SFA) to conduct a study related to improvements to the Recreation & Aquatic Center. SFA conducted a presentation to Council in April on five key areas including exisiting data review, market study, market tour, key meetings and a facility and operations audit leaving the detailed financial forecast (Pro Forma) as the last remaining item in the original scope of work.
SFA is here this evening to present to Council their findings and recommendations regarding the completed Pro Forma.
REQUESTED ACTION:
Staff recommends that Council move forward with the presentation by the Sports Facilities Advisory, LLC regarding the Recreation & Aquatic Center Expansion Project. | | | |
