REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the Minutes from the Special Meeting on August 23, 2016 and the Emegency Meeting on September 1, 2016.
DISCUSSION:
On August 23, 2016, City Council conducted a Special Meeting to see the public's input to the proposed Pavement Management Plan. The Minutes from that public hearing are attached for approval.
On September 1, 2016, City Council convened for an Emergency Meeting to declare a local state of emergency for the city in preparation of Hurricane Hermine. The Minutes from the Emergency Meeting are attached for approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the Minutes from the August 23, 2016 Special Meeting and the September 1, 2016 Emergency Meeting as submitted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
