The request of staff for Council is for the review and approval of the attached Utility Service Agreement between the City and Society of St. Vincent de Paul South Pinellas, Incorporated. for the Site Development  known as Ozanam Village located on the south side of Massachusetts Avenue and east of Congress Street.  

The Site Development, when fully constructed, will consist of a 30 multi-family apartments and community building for resident's use only.  Eighty Percent (80%) of the units are reserved for veterans.  The Development Site location is inside the City limits and the proposed location for the project is depicted on the attached map as exhibit A of the agreement.  Construction of the site and execution of the utility agreement will require the City to provide water and sewer service for the development. The Developer shall be responsible for all costs associated connecting into the City's existing utility systems.

The attached Utility Service Agreement is identical to those utilized in the past for similar developments in the  City's utility service area.
