REQUEST:
The request before City Council is to recognize Christian Isaly as the recipient of the Florida Recreation and Park Association 2016 Voluntary Service Award.
DISCUSSION:
For the past three years, Christian Isaly has provided outstanding support to the Parks and Recreation Department during the many events conducted by the department. At the recent Florida Recreation and Park Association Annual State Conference held in Orlando on August 31, 2016, Christian was recognized for his efforts by receiving the Volunteer of the Year Award for the State Association.
RECOMMENDATION:
Please recognize Christian Isaly as the FRPA 2016 Volunteer of the Year.
