SUMMARY:

As a result of your work session on August 1, 2016, staff has been working with Kimley-Horn and Associates to revise the design plans for the Recreation & Aquatic Center Expansion Project. Tonight a presentation will be made by Kimley-Horn and Associates regarding the following items:

· Review of Proposed Design

· Presentation of Alternate Concept Plan

· Review of Sports Facilities Advisory Group Recommendations

· Discussion about Program Planning Options and

· Review of Potential Development Schedule

Also in attendance this evening is the construction manager, Hennessey Construction Services, who is here respond to your specific questions.

REQUESTED ACTION:
Staff requests the Council conduct the work session to discuss the improvements to the Recreation & Aquatic Center.
