REQUEST:
The request is for the Board of Directors to approve the meeting minutes from August 2, 2016 and September 15, 2016.
DISCUSSION:
The Board of Directors conducted a regular meeting on August 2, 2016 to discuss the proposed budget for FY16/17. On September 15, 2016 the Board met again to approve the proposed budget. The minutes from each of those meetings are attached for review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Board of Directors approve the minutes as submitted.
