REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the September 28, 2016 work session, September 29, 2016 special meeting and October 4, 2016 regular meeting.
DISCUSSION:
City Council conducted a work session on September 28, 2016 to discuss improvements to the Recreation & Aquatic Center. The minutes from that work session are attached for review and approval. On September 29, 2016, City Council held a special meeting to set the millage and adopt the FY16/17 operating budget. Those minutes are attached for review and approval. Finally, City Council met for their regularly scheduled meeting on October 4, 2016. The minutes from the regular meeting are attached for review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends City Council approve the minutes from September 28, 2016, September 29, 2016 and October 4, 2016 as submitted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
