REQUEST:
The request before City Council is to review and approve the Alcoholic Beverage Special Event called, Tribute to Triple Threat, to be held in Sims Park on Saturday, December 17, 2016.
DISCUSSION:
The Special Event Committee reviewed an Alcoholic Beverage Special Event Application for an event called Tribute to Triple Threat at a special meeting on Thursday, December 1, 2016. The Event Organizer requests to sell beer in Sims Park from 12:00p.m. - 9:00p.m. on Saturday, December 17, 2016. The non-profit organization providing the alcohol sells is Fire & Iron Motorcycle Club Station 43, Inc. Beer sells will only be in one location as identified on the map located in the attached application. A Certificate of Insurance will be provided to the City by the Event Organizer prior to the event date.
RECOMMENDATION:
The recommendation is for City Council to approve the Alcoholic Beverage Special Event called, Tribute to Triple Threat, to be held in Sims Park on December 17, 2016 from 12:00p.m. - 9:00p.m.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
The cost for City Services is $1795. to be paid by the applicant. | | | |
