The request of staff for City Council is to review and consider for approval the Final Deductive Change Order in the amount of fourteen thousand eight hundred four dollars and fifty cents ($14,804.50) and the Final Pay Request in the amount of one hundred fifty-four thousand eight hundred forty-one dollars and thirty-seven cents $154,841.37 from Augustine Construction, Inc. for the completion of the 2015 Marine Parkway Multi-Use Path Project.    

As Council may recall, this project was one of several proposed multi-use paths included in the City's Capital Improvement Program. Subsequent to the completion of these projects, a continuous multi-use path system  will connect the US Hwy 19 trail located at the south end of town,  proceed thru the Downtown area and connect to the Starkey Trail located at the northeast corner of the City Limits. 

This project included the construction of a 10’ wide multi-use path, decorative street lighting, landscaping, irrigation installations, decorative street signs, bus stop shelters, and benches.  The project was completed under budget and ahead of the project schedule.
