The Cotee River Seafest Alcoholic Beverage Special Event was approved by City Council on April 4, 2017.  The Event Application requested a street closure of Grand Blvd. from Bank Street to the Main Street Office which is adjacent to the Gloria Swanson Parking Lot.  The Site Plan included in the application did not identify any street closures and discussion with City Council from the applicant attending the meeting, indicated no street closures were needed.  The applicant has revised the origianal site plan and is now requesting street closures from Bank to the west side of the ally exit on Grand Blvd.  A revised site plan is attached.
