SUMMARY:
On September 20, 2016, City Council approved the hiring of Barth Associates, Inc. to create a Parks and Recreation Master Plan. To date the project has included the completion of Park Evaluations, Needs Assessment Surveys, Public Meetings, Steering Committee Meetings and a Visioning Workshop. The draft report that is attached for Council's review and discussion contains an evaluation of existing conditions along with the needs assessment and long range visioning.
REQUESTED ACTION:
The recommendation from staff is for the City Council to conduct a work session to discuss the proposed Parks and Recreation Master Plan Needs Assessment. | | | |
