REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the re-appointment of Kacey Atkinson to the Environmental Committee.
DISCUSSION:
Kacey Atkinson has been a valued member of the Environmental Committee for many years. Ms. Atkinson's term expired as of January 8, 2017. Ms. Atkinson has submitted her application seeking re-appointment to the Environmental Committee for Council's consideration. If approved, Ms. Atkinson will serve as a first alternate and her term will be for two years and will be up for renewal on May 16, 2019. Staff has verified that Ms. Atkinson meets the requirements set forth in the City's Code to serve on this board.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends City Council approve the re-appointment of Kacey Atkinson as first alternate to the Environmental Committee and accept the attached updated roster.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
