The request of staff for City Council is to review and consider for approval the Deductive Change Order in the amount of four thousand eight hundred fifty-five dollars and ninety cents ($4,855.90) and the Final Pay Request in the amount of forty-six thousand five hundred fifty-five dollars and thirty-two cents $46,555.32 from Augustine Construction, Inc. for the completion of the 2016 Circle Blvd. Improvements Project.     

As City Council may recall, the 2016 Circle Blvd. Improvements Project was designed by the Public Works Department’s Construction Services Division and partially funded by a Community Development Block Grant and Stormwater Utility fee dollars.  The design and construction included the milling of existing pavement, drainage improvements, ADA improvements to the existing sidewalk ramps, asphalt paving, and roadway marking installations.
