The City is expanding its GIS capabilities in each of our departments in preparation for Tyler Technologies’ EnerGov module. This expansion requires additional licensing and would be cost effective for the city to move to an enterprise license agreement with ESRI.
The term of the agreement is for three years at an annual renewal amount of $25,000. The agreement provides the city with the ability install any software under the enterprise agreement with unlimited licensing.
In addition, there are several training packages that are provided to the city as part of the agreement for no additional cost. If approved, installation of the new GIS server software will begin on November 13, 2017.
