REQUEST: The request is for City Council to review the Alcoholic Beverage Special Event Application for the Fitzgerald's St. Patrick's Day Event to be held on Railroad Square on March 15 &17, 2018.
DISCUSSION: The Special Event Team reviewed the application for the Fitzgerald's St. Patrick's Day Alcoholic Beverage Special Event at their regular meeting on Tuesday, February 6, 2018. The event will be held on Railroad Square and beer and wine will be sold as follows: Thursday, March 15th from 5:00p.m. - 11p.m. and Saturday, March 17th from 12:00p.m. - 11:00p.m. A map of the event area is attached.
RECOMMENDATION: The recommendation is for approval of the Fitzgerald's St. Patrick's Day Alcoholic Beverage Special Event to be held on Railroad Square on March 15th from 5:00p.m. - 11:00p.m. and on March 17th from 12:00p.m. - 11:00p.m. for the sale of beer and wine.
