REQUEST:
The request before City Council is to review the attached Minutes from the December 12, 2017 and the January 9, 2018 Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Meetings.
DISCUSSION:
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board meets monthly. The attached Minutes are from the December 12, 2017 and the January 9, 2018 meetings. There was not a quorum for the January 9th meeting so both the December and January Minutes were approved at the February 13, 2018 meeting. The Minutes were both submitted for the next available City Council Meeting on March 6, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
The recommendation before City Council is to review and accept the attached Minutes from December and January.
