REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the appointment of Kaitlin Connolly as second alternate to the Cultural Affairs Committee.
DISCUSSION:
Ms. Kaitlin Connolly has submitted an application seeking appointment as second alternate to the Cultural Affairs Committee for Council's consideration. If approved, Ms. Connolly's term will be for two years and will be up for renewal on April 3, 2020. Staff has verified that Ms. Connolly meets the requirements set forth in the City's Code to serve on this board. With this appointment, there are no remaining vacancies on this Committee.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the appointment of Kaitlin Connolly as second alternate to the Cultural Affairs Committee and accept the attached updated roster.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
