REQUEST:
The West Pasco Art Guild submitted a funding request to the Cultural Affairs Committee for rental of Peace Hall for an Art Show.
DISCUSSION:
The West Pasco Art Guild submitted a request for $300 to the Cultural Affairs Committee at the meeting on March 26, 2018. The funding will be used to rent Peace Hall for an Art Show on April 21, 2018. The Cultural Affairs Committee reviewed the request and voted unanimously to provide the funds.
RECOMMENDATION:
The recommendation before City Council is to approve the request from the West Pasco Art Guild in the amount of $300 to rent Peace Hall for an Art Show on April 21, 2018.
