The City of New Port Richey has leased space to the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce since 1971.  On March 18, 2014, the City and the Chamber entered into a new Lease Agreement which terminated and replaced any and all prior lease agreements.  The new Lease Agreement was amended on May 2, 2017 in order to extend the term of the lease and to provide for an increase in the rent payment amount due each month from the Chamber. 

The Second Amendment presented to you for your consideration provides for a one year renewal and reflects an increase in the amount of rent from $400 a month to $450 a month.  All other provisions set forth in the Lease Agreement remain unchanged and are in full force and effect.
