REQUEST:
The Cultural Affairs Committee Chairperson, Richard Melton, will submit the annual report of the committee before City Council.
DISCUSSION:
The Cultural Affairs Committee is a committee of the city. They conduct regular monthly meetings to discuss and plan cultural activities for the city. Richard Melton, Chairperson of the Cultural Affairs Committee, will present the annual report on behalf of the committee. The report is attached.
RECOMMENDATION:
The recommendation before City Council is to accept the annual report of the Cultural Affairs Committee.
