REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to conduct a first reading of Ordinance No. 2018-2134 regarding food trucks.
DISCUSSION:
As you may recall, this ordinance was presented to City Council for first reading on June 19, 2018. During the discussion, several revisions were requested by Council. The City Attorney has incorporated the requested changes into the attached revised draft.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council conduct the first reading of Ordinance No. 2018-2134 regarding food trucks.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
