REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the September 4, 2018 regular meeting and the September 6, 2018 special meeting.
DISCUSSION:
City Council met for their regularly scheduled meeting on September 4, 2018. On September 6, 2018, City Council conducted a special meeting for a first public hearing on the proposed FY18/19 budget. The minutes from those meetings are attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff requests that City Council approve the minutes from the September 4, 2018 regular meeting and September 6, 2018 special meeting as submitted.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
