Mobile food trucks are a significant contemporary cultural phenomenon and City residents have expressed a desire to see them allowed in the City. This ordinance repeals the existing mobile vending regulations, which have been limited to allowing stationary push carts. These regulations have been replaced with those that will accommodate food trucks under the recently passed Ordinance No. 2018-2134.
