REQUEST:
Staff requests that the City Council review and approve the Comprehensive Fee Schedule for FY2018-2019.
DISCUSSION:
As part of an annual review, City Staff reviewed the existing schedule of fees and are proposing the following changes for FY2018-2019:

Library Services – changes to fees for meeting room usage, computer usage, library fines, and charges for damaged materials
-
Recreation - added a 2 hour minimum charge on gymnasium rental fees for residents and non-residents
These changes have been highlighted in Blue in the attached schedule of fees.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2018-16, which approves the Consolidated Fee Schedule for FY2019.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:
The amounts approved have been incorporated in the FY2018-2019 Operating Budget and will be utilized throughout the upcoming fiscal year. | | | |
