REQUEST:
The request before City Council is to review the Alcoholic Beverage Special Event Application for the 2018 Pasco Upcycle event to be held in Sims Park on November 17, 2018.
DISCUSSION:
The City Special Event Team met to review the 2018 Pasco Upcycle event on July 10, 2018. The event will be held in Sims Park where beer and wine will be sold from 12:00p.m. - 4:00p.m. on Saturday, November 17, 2018 as indicated on the map in the attached Alcoholic Beverage Special Event Application.
RECOMMENDATION:
The recommendation before City Council is to approve beer and wine to be sold in Sims Park during the 2018 Pasco Upcycle event from 12:00p.m. - 4:00p.m. on Saturday, November 17, 2018.
