SUMMARY:
As you are aware, the City of New Port Richey retained Williams Architecture, LLC, to perform a Needs Assessment and Space Planning Study of the Library facility. Attached is the Findings and Recommendations Report for City Council's review and discussion. The report includes a building condition assessment; ADA compliance review; operational and space utilization analysis; Community Forum, Focus Group, and Survey results; space/program recommendations; and preliminary design and cost estimates. Mr. Andrew Dogan, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, Associate Principal of Williams Architects will present the findings.
REQUESTED ACTION:
Staff requests City Council review the report, and give staff clear direction on how to proceed to the next phases for this project. | | | |
