REQUEST:
The request before City Council is to review the Alcoholic Beverage Special Event Application for Freedom Fest to be held in Sims Park on November 9 - 11, 2018.
DISCUSSION:
The City Special Event Team reviewed the application on September 11, 2018. Veterans Alternatives is requesting to sell beer and wine in Sims Park as follows: Friday, November 9th from 2:00p.m. - 9:00p.m., Saturday, November 10th from 12:00p.m. - 10:30p.m. and on Sunday, November 11th from 1:00p.m. - 9:00p.m.
RECOMMENDATION:
The recommendation before City Council is to approve the Freedom Fest Alcoholic Beverage Special Event to be held in Sims Park from November 9 - 11, 2018.
