REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the September 25, 2018 special meeting.
DISCUSSION:
City Council met for a special meeting on September 25, 2018 to conduct the final public hearings for the FY18/19 Operating Budget, Capital Improvement Program, Stormwater, Street Lighting and Paving Assessments. The minutes from that meeting are attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the minutes as submitted.
