REQUEST:
The request is for City Council to approve the minutes from the October 3, 2018 work session.
DISCUSSION:
City Council met for a regularly scheduled work session on October 3, 2018 to discuss the 2018 Utility Revenue Sufficiency Analysis and Orangewood Lake Utility Services Valuation Analysis. The minutes from that work session are attached for Council's review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council approve the minutes from the October 3, 2018 work session as submitted.
