REQUEST:
The request before City Council is to review the attached Minutes from the October 17, 2018 Cultural Affairs Committee Meeting.
DISCUSSION:
The Cultural Affairs Committee meets monthly. The was no quorum for the November 14, 2018 meeting so a special meeting was scheduled for November 27, 2018 where the Minutes from the October meeting were reviewed and approved. The Minutes were then posted for the next available City Council Meeting on December 18, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
The recommendation before City Council is to review and accept the Minutes from the October Cultural Affairs Committee Meeting.
