REQUEST:
The request before City Council is to review the Alcoholic Beverage Special Event Application for the 2019 West Pasco Mixer to be held in Sims Park on January 17, 2019 by the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce.
DISCUSSION:
The City Special Event Team met to review the event on October 23, 2018. The event will take place in Sims Park with beer and wine being sold from 5:00p.m. - 8:00p.m. on Thursday, January 17, 2019 in the locations identified on the map in the attachment.
RECOMMENDATION:
The recommendation before City Council is to approve the 2019 West Pasco Mixer Alcoholic Beverage Special Event in Sims Park on January 17, 2019.
