REQUEST:
The request before City Council is to review the attached Minutes from the November 14th and 27th, 2018 Cultural Affairs Committee Meetings.
DISCUSSION:
The Cultural Affairs Committee meets monthly. There was no quorum for the November 14, 2018 meeting so a special meeting was scheduled for November 27, 2018. The Minutes from both meetings in November were approved at the December 19, 2018 meeting. The Minutes were then posted for the next available City Council Meeting on January 15, 2019.
RECOMMENDATION:
The recommendation before City Council is to review and accept the Minutes from the November Cultural Affairs Committee Meetings.
